I apologize for not writing to you sooner to thank you for the excellent care that your staff provided for my husband Arch M. from the time he entered Allen Oaks in April 2010 until his passing in October. I was most impressed with the love and personal attention he received even though at times he was cantankerous. You eased my heart many times during those long months and I am most grateful. The nurses and aides could not have been more caring or attentive than they would have been to their own family members. Your assistance with financial matters was also most helpful.
